The PC CPC is fitted with a large number of different connector types, in many cases connected in parallel to the same ports. This allows a wide variety of flexible interconnect schemes to be used to control internal or external PC functions or for the unit to be mounted physically in a number of different ways. Though primarily intended to fit into a full length PC/AT 8-bit slot, the card has a shortening snap-off and may also fit in a free-standing 1U case.
