BELvue Museum, Brussels
The new museum on Belgian history was inaugurated in
July 2005 amid great public interest.
Tijdsbeeld & Pièce Montée from Gent
designed the exhibition.
Inter2Face took care of the audiovisual-technical aspects
for the entire museum.
45 I2F
MediaBrick applications operate media presentations,
most of them with 17" flat LCD panels.
On two occasions, the visitor can make a language choice
through solid steel push buttons and listen to an audio
track while watching images on a flat panel.
Inter2Face also put in place the sound equipment for
surround sound. All applications are triggered by motion
detectors.
NEW: we make an optimal
use of the parallel processing capacities of a computer.
One computer serves
I2F MediaBrick for
managing images in one room and at the same time logically
works off a play list with music scores in the
adjoining room, using I2F
Sound. Both tasks are executed simultaneously and
independently.
