Provincial Archaelogical Museum,
Ename
The Provincial Archaeological Museum in Ename asked
our company to renovate its existing audiovisual installation
and to replace human interventions as much as possible
by automated processes.
A few modules were not functioning in a satisfactory
way and had to be based on a different approach.
We handle this mission in different stages. A system
based on I2F
MediaBrick was put in place instead of the
existing installation but also next to it. Thus, fundamental
changes could be made while the museum remained open
and visitors never noticed anything unusual.
The museum attendants get a visual presentation of
the control options for the module “party table”
and can operate this module from a computer at the reception
desk.
The fact that we involved people who know the museum
from within, ensures consistency between the system
design and its daily functioning.
